Description

      The 409CNQ... center tap schottky rectifier module series are been designed  to be optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature.It would be reliable for operation up to 175 °C junction temperature with the help of proprietary barrier technology. The typical applications of 409CNQ...  are in high current switching power supplies,plating power supplies, UPS systems, converters,freewheeling diodes, welding, and reverse battery protection.
      This 409CNQ...  have seven features.The first one is that it would have a 175 °C TJ operation.The second one is that it would have center tap module.The third one is that it would have a low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is that it would have a high frequency operation.The fifth one is that 409CNQ...  would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The fifth one is that it would be lead (Pb)-free.The last one is that 409CNQ...  is designed and qualified for industrial level.That are all the features.
      Some major ratings and characteristics about 409CNQ... .Its If(av),which with characteristics of rectangular waveform,would be 400 A.Then its Vrrm would be 135/150 V.The third one is about its Ifsm,which with characteristics of tp = 5 s sine,would be 20000 A.The fourth one is about its Vf with condition of 200Apk, Tj = 125 °C (per leg) would be 0.75 V.The last one is about its Tj range which would be from - 55 to 175 °C.
