      The 4416B is designed as CMOS quad analog switch and would be a signal-chip monolithic silicon integrated circuit containing eight N-channel and P-channel enhancement-mode MOS transistors connected to from four independent bilateral signal switches.Each switch consists of both P and N channel devices with common source and drain connections.A signle control signal is required per switch.Both P and N devices in a given switch are biased ON or OFF by the control signal.
      It has many features.The first one is DPDT switch operation without external logic.The second one is it would have wide range of digital and analog signal levels - digital or analog signal to 18 Volts peak.The third one is it would have low ON resistance which means 200 typ over 15Vpp signal input range, Vdd`Vss=15V.The fourth one is matched switch characteristics which means 10 typ difference between Ron values at a fixed bias point over 15 Vpp signal input range, Vdd`Vss=15V.The fifth one is high "on/off" output voltage ratio which means 65dB typ @ fis= 10KHz, Rl= 10K.The sixth one is high degree of linearity which means 0.4% distortion typ @ fis= 1KHz, Vis= 5 Vpp, Vdd`Vss= 10V, Rl= 10K.The seventh one is extremely low OFF swutch leakage resulting in very low offset current and high effective OFF switch resistance which would be 10 pA typ.The eighth one is extremely high control input impedance (control circuit isolated from signal circuit) which means 10E typ.The ninth one is low crosstalk between switches which would be .50dB typ @ fis= 0.9MHz, Rl= 1K.The tenth one is matched control input to signal output capacitances which would reduces output signal transients.The last one is transmits frequencies which would be up to 40MHz.
      Some absolute maximum ratings and recommended operating conditions have been concluded into several points as follow.For maximum reliability its DC supply voltage would be from 3 to 15 Vdc.And its operating temperature would be from -55 to +125°C for C and would be -40 to +85°C for E.And so on.For more information please contact us.
