A8220SLM

The A8220SLM is designed as one member of the low-dropout regulators that can be used in (1)cordless and cellular telephones; (2)personal data assist-ants; (3)personal communicators; (4)palmtop computers. This device delivers a regulated output at up to 100 mA (transient), which is limited only by package power dissipation and is supplied in a 5-lead SC-74A small-outline plastic package similar to the SOT-23.
