DescriptionThe ADBL-A321 is designed as one kind of automotive wide operating temperature 1MBd digital optocoupler that can be used in (1)automotive IPM driver for DC-DC converters and motor inverters; (2)CANBus communications interface; (3)high temperature digital/analog signal isolation; (4)power transistor Isolation. This device uses an insulating layer between the light emitting diode and an integrated photon detector and has an increased common mode transient immunity of 30kV/s minimum at VCM = 1500V over extended temperature range.
Features of the ADBL-A321 are:(1)high temperature and reliability IPM driver for automotive application; (2)30 kV/us high common-mode rejection at VCM = 1500 V (typ); (3)compact, auto-insertable SO5 packages; (4)wide temperature range: -40 to 125 ; (5)high speed: 1MBd (typ); (6)low led drive current: 10mA (typ); (7)low propagation delay: 300ns (typ).
