The AD6644AST-65 is one member of the AD6644 family which is designed as the 14-bit, 40 MSPS/65 MSPS A/D converter that can be used in (1)multichannel, multimode receivers; (2)AMPS, IS-136, CDMA, GSM, third generation; (3)single channel digital receivers; (4)antenna array processing; (5)communications instrumentation; (6)radar, infrared imaging; (7)instrumentation applications. This device is also built on Analog Devices' high-speed complementary bipolar process (XFCB) and uses an innovative, multipass circuit architecture.
