The AD706JRZ is designed as a dual, low power, bipolar op amp that has the low input bias current of a JFET amplifier, but which offers a significantly lower IB drift over temperature. It utilizes superbeta bipolar input transistors to achieve picoampere input bias current levels. It also achieves the microvolt offset voltage and low noise characteristics of a precision bipolar input amplifier.
AD706JRZ has nine features. (1) High DC precision. (2) 100uV max offset voltage. (3) 1.5uV/°C max offset drift. (4) 200pA max input bias current. (5) 0.5uVp-p voltage noise, 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz. (6) 750uA supply current. (7) Available in 8-lead plastic mini-DlP and surface-mount (SOIC) packages. (8) Available in tape and reel in accordance with EIA-481A standard. (9) Quad version: AD704.
