AD7506

The AD7506 is a monolithic CMOS 16-channel analog multiplexer package in a 28-pin DIP or a 28-terminal surface mount package.It switches a common output to one of 16 inputs,depending on the state of four address lines and an "enable."The AD7507 is identical to the AD7506 except it has two outputs switched to two of 16 inputs depending on three binary address states and an "enable."

The AD7506 and AD7507 has some absolute maximum ratings.(TA = +25 unless otherwise noted).The VDD-GND is +17V.The VSS-GND is -17V.The V between any switch terminals is 25V.The digital input voltage range is VDD to GND.The overvoltage at Vout (Vs) is VSS,VDD.The switch current (Is,continous one channel) is 20mA.The switch current (Is,surge one channel) 1ms duration,10% duty cycle is 35mA.The power dissipation (any package) up to +50 is 1000mW.The power dissipation (any package) derates above +50 by is 10mW/.The operating temperature commercial (KN versions) is 0 to +70.The operating temperature industrial (KQ versions) is -25 to +85.The operating temperature extended (TQ,TE versions) is -55 to +125.The storage temperature is -65 to +150.The lead temperature (soldering,10sec) is +300.
