DescriptionThe AD780AR is one member of the AD780 family which is designed as the ultrahigh precision bandgap reference that can be used to source or sink up to 10 mA and can be used in series or shunt mode. Also this device is specified for operation from 40°C to +85°C, and is stable under all load conditions when a 1 F bypass capacitor is used on the supply.
