AD8012ARZ

The AD8012ARZ is one member of the AD8012 family which is designed as the dual low power current feedback amplifier that can be used in (1)XDSL, HDSL line driver; (2)adc buffer; (3)professional cameras; (4)CCD imaging system; (5)ultrasound equipment; (6)digital camera applications. So it is well suited for any application that requires high performance with minimal power. Also it is available in standard 8-lead SOIC or micro-SOIC packages and operates over the industrial temperature range 40°C to +85°C.

Features of the AD8012ARZ are:(1)low power: 1.7 mA/amplifier supply current and fully specified for 65 V and +5 V supplies; (2)high output current, 125 mA; (3)high speed; (4)low distortion: -72 dBc worst harmonic @ 500 kHz, RL = 100 V and -66 dBc worst harmonic @ 5 MHz, RL = 1 kV; (5)good video specificat-ions (RL = 1 kV, G = +2): 0.02% differential gain error, 0.068 differential phase error, gain flatness 0.1 dB to 40 MHz and 60 ns overdrive recovery; (6)low offset voltage, 1.5 mV; (7)low voltage noise, 2.5 nV/Hz; (8)available in 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead microSOIC.
