The AD9040AJR is a member of the AD9040 family which designed as one kind of 10-bit monolithic sampling analogto-digital converter (ADC) with on-board track-and-hold and  reference.Because of it is available as either a 28-lead plastic DIP or a 28-lead SOIC,so it can be used in (1)ultrasound medical imaging;(2)digital oscilloscopes;(3)professional video;(4)digital communications;(5)advanced television (muse decoders);(6)instrumentation.
