The AD9760AR is one member of the AD9760 family which is designed as the high performance, low power CMOS digital-to-analog converters (DACs) that can be used in (1)communication transmit channel: basestations and set top boxes and digital radio link; (2)direct digital synthesis (DDS); (3)instrumentat-ion applications. This device is a current-output DAC with a nominal full-scale output current of 20 mA and > 100 k output impedance, and is manufactured on an advanced CMOS process.
