ADF4106BRU

The ADF4106BRU is one member of the ADF4106 family which designed as the frequency synthesizer that can be used in (1)broadband wireless access; (2)instrumentation; (3)wireless LANS; (4)base stations for wireless radio. It consists of a low-noise digital PFD (Phase Frequency Detector), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider, programmable A and B counters and a dual-modulus prescaler (P/P+1). This device has the output multiplexer which allows the user to access various internal points on the chip.
