ADP170

The ADP170 is designed as one kind of 300 mA, low quiescent current, CMOS linear regulator device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Mobile phones; (2)Digital camera and audio devices; (3)Portable and battery-powered equipment; (4)DSP/FPGA/microprocessor supplies; (5)Post dc-dc regulation.
