DescriptionThe ADP3120AJRZ is one member of the ADP3120A family which designed as one kind of dual, high voltage MOSFET driver optimized for driving two N-channel MOSFETs, the two switches in a nonisolated synchronous buck power converter.One of the drivers can be bootstrapped and is designed to handle the high voltage slew rate associated with floating high-side gate drivers.Also ADP3120AJRZ can be used in multiphase desktop CPU supplies and single-supply synchronous buck converters.
Features of the ADP3120AJRZ are:(1)all-in-one synchronous buck driver;(2)bootstrapped high-side drive;(3)one PWM signal generates both drives;(4)anticross conduction protection circuitry;(5)meets CPU VR requirement when used with analog devices flex-mode™1 controller.
