ADP5022

The ADP5022 is designed as one kind of dual 3 MHz, 600 mA buck regulator device that can be used in (1)USB devices; (2)handheld products; (3)multivoltage power for processors, ASICS, FPGAs, and RF chipsets applications. And the regulator of this device has a dedicated, independent enable pin.

Features of the ADP5022 are:(1)Low dropout voltage: 150 mV @ 150 mA load; (2)11 A typical ground current at no load; (3)Low output noise: 65 V rms output noise at VOUT3 = 3.3 V; (4)Uses tiny multilayer inductors and capacitors; (5)Forced PWM and auto PWM/PSM modes; (6)Out-of-phase operation for reduced input filtering; (7)100% duty cycle low dropout mode; (8)24 A typical quiescent current per channel, no switching; (9)Input voltage range: 2.4 V to 5.5 V; (10)Tiny 16-ball, 2 mm * 2 mm WLCSP package; (11)Overcurrent and thermal protection; (12)Soft start; (13)Factory programmable undervoltage lockout on VDDA system supply of either 2.2 V or 3.9 V.

The absolute maximum ratings of the ADP5022 can be summarized as:(1)VDDA, VIN1, VIN2, VIN3, VOUT1, VOUT2, VOUT3, EN1, EN2, EN3, MODE to GND: -0.3 V to +6 V;(2)Storage Temperature Range: -65°C to +150°C;(3)Operating Junction Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C;(4)Soldering Conditions: JEDEC J-STD-020.
