ADS7861E

The ADS7861E is one member of the ADS7861 series,it is a dual, 12-bit, 500kHz, analog-todigital converter with 4 fully differential input channels grouped into two pairs for high speed,simultaneous signal acquisition.Inputs to the sample-and-hold amplifiers are fully differential and are maintained differential to the input of the A/D converter. This provides excellent common-mode rejection of 80dB at 50kHz which is important in high noise environments.It also can be used in motor control,multi-axis positioning systems and 3-phase power control.

The ADS7861E offers a high speed, dual serial interface and control inputs to minimize software overhead.Features can be concluded into seven points:(1)4 input channels;(2)fully differential inputs;(3)guaranteed no missing codes;(4)1 MHz effective sampling rate;(5)low power:40 mW;(6)SSI series interface;(7)2 us total throughput per channel.
