AH-37

The AH-37 is a kind of 10 to 2000 MHz TO-8 cascadable amplifier which possesses the features of wide bandwidth: 0.5 to 500MHz, power output: + 16.0dBm, medium gain: +31.0 dBm, wideband: 10-2000MHz, various package options (see photo)(surface mounted (SMTO-8), flatpack with flange, connectorized connectorized flatpaok flatpaok and TO-8 (AH)).

The electrical specifications of AH-37 are measured in a 50-ohm system at + 15Vdc nominal. And they are ordered as fowllowing: typical 25/ guaranteed 0 to +50/ specifications -54 to 85, which are frequency (MHz Min.)=10-2000/10-2000/10-2000, small signal gain (dB Min.) + 10.0/+9.0/+7.5, gain flatness (dB Max.) ± 0.5/± 0.8/± 1.0, noise figure (dB Max.) +7.5/+8.0/+8.5, power output @ 1 dB compression (dBm Min.) +16.0/+14.0/+13.5, two tone 3rd order intercept point (dBm Min.) + 31.0/+24.0/+24.0, two tone 2nd order intercept point (dBm Min.) + 41.0/+36.0/+34.0, one tone 2nd harmonic intercept point (dBm. The maximum ratings of AH-37 are ambient temperature -54 to 100, storage temperature -62 to 125, maximum case tempweature +105, maximum DC  voltage +18.0V, maximum continous RF input power +13.0dBm, maximum short term RF input power +50.0mW (1 minute max.), maximum peak power +0.5W (3seconds max.), weight +2.5 grams max.
