AN6783

The AN6783 is a type of long interval timer IC.It makes oscillation by utilizing the external resistor and capacitor and devide the osillation frequency for output.Since it is frequency divider type, it is able to construct the long interval ti me by using the capacitor with small capacitance.

Features of AN6783 are:(1)small oscillation frequency dispersion of IC;(2)oscillation frequency able to be checked by 1/2 fosc monitor terminal;(3)wide operating supply voltage ranges from 3.2V to 18V;(4)small consumption current(3 mA,typ);(5)three types of package avaliable according to mounting forms.

The absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics(Ta=25) of the AN6783 can be summarized as:(1):suppl y voltage is 20V;(2):supply current is 20mA;(3):output current is-15mA to 15mA;(4):power dissipation is 500mW;(5): operating ambient temperature is-35 to 85;(6):operating ambient temperature is-35 to85 ;(7):storage temp erature is-55 to 125.Electrical characteristics:(1):static supply current is 2mA min,3mA typ and 4mA max when Vcc is 5V;(2):internal reference voltage is 2.4V min,2.55V typ and 2.7V max when Vcc is 5V and IS is-3mA;(3):input curre nt high level is 10uA max when Vcc is 18V and VIH is 18V.
