AN8245K

The AN8245K and AN8245SCR are speed control drive ICs of the brushless motors by means of the 3-phase full-wave current drive system.They are suitable for controlling/driving the laser disk spindle motors,LBP polygon mirror motors,and so on.

The AN8245K and AN8245SCR has 8 features.The first one is operating supply voltage range,VCC1=10.8 to 13.2V,VCC2=10.8 to 22V.The second one is 3-sensor 3-phase full-wave current drive;power transistor built-in.The third one is maximum motor drive current is Imax=1.5A. The fourth one is digital PLL control.The fifth one is bidirectional torque control.The sixth one is provided with reverse detector and stop detector.The seventh one is synchronizing signal and stop signal output.The eighth one is built-in thermal protective and current limiter functions.Control and drive of the hall motors such as laser disk spindle motors,LBP polygon motors,and so on.

The AN8245K and AN8245SCR has some absolute maximum ratings(Ta = 25).When parameter is 1st supply voltage,the symbol is VCC1,the rating is 15,the unit is V.When parameter is 2nd supply voltage,the symbol is VCC2,the rating is 24,the unit is V.When parameter is 1st supply current,the symbol is ICC1,the rating is 40,the unit is mA.
