AS4040A-1

The AS4040A-1 is a two-terminal,temperature compensated,band-gap voltage reference which provides a fixed 2.5 V output for input currents between 100A to 15 mA.The typical applications include constant current source,digital voltmeter,power supply monitor,precision regulators,battery-powered equipment,instrumentation,automotive electronics,data acquisition systems and energy management.

There are some features of AS4040A-1 as follows.First is low temperature coefficient 100 ppm/.The second is operating current range 100A to 15 mA.Then is low power,250 mW @ Iin=100 mA.Next is two terminal "Zener" operation.The fifth is small package:SOT-23,TO-92 and SO-8.The sixth is fixed reverse breakdown voltage 2.5 V.The seventh is no output capacitance required.The last one is similar replacement for LM4040.
