AT25016-0Z2T-1

The AT25016-0Z2T-1 is one member of the AT25016 family which designed as the 1024/2048/4096 bits of serial electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM). This device can be used in many industrial and commercial applications such as the space saving 8-pin PDIP and 8-pin JEDEC (SOIC) packages. All programming cycles are completely self-timed, and no separate ERASE cycle is required before WRITE and this cycle is enabled by programming the status register with one of four blocks of write protection.
