DescriptionThe AT25256-10PI-2.7 is a kind of SPI serial EEPROM. It provides 262,144 bits of serial electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 32,768 words of 8 bits each. It is suitable for many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential. It is available in 8-Pin PDIP package.
