The AT27LV1026 is a high performance 16-bit interleaved low-voltage 1,048,576-bitone-time programmable read only memory (OTP EPROM) organized as 2 x 32K x 16bits. It requires only one supply in the range of 3.0V to 3.6V in normal read modeoperation.
