AV9107 General Description


The AV9107 is a kind of CPU frequency generator.There are some features as follows.First is patented on-chip phase locked loop with VCO for clock generation.Secondly,it provides reference clock and synthesize clock.Besides,it generates frequencies from 2 to 120 MHz.Then is on chip loop filter.Next is up to 16 frequencies stored internally.The sixth is low power CMOS technology.The seventh is single +3.3 V or +5 V power supply.Furthermore,it runs up to 50 MHz at 3.3 V.The last one is 8 pin DIP or SOIC package or 14 pin DIP or SOIC package.The typical applications include graphics,computors,disk drives and high speed systems.

What comes next is about the AV9107 absolute maximum ratings.The AVDD,VDD referenced to GND is 7 V.The operating temperature under bias is from 0 to 70.The storage temperature is from -65 to 150.The voltage on I/O pins referenced to GND is from GND-0.5 V to VDD+0.5 V.The power dissipation is 0.5 W.
