BA4224

The BA4224 is a monoithic intergrated circuit consisting of the FM IF amplifier,detector,an AM mixer IF amplifier and detector functions used in radio cassette recorders.

There are some features BA4224 as follows.First is wide operating voltage range (V_CC=4 to 15 V).Secondly,the AM section uses a double-balanced mixer for good usable sensitivity.Then is high FM sensitivity.Next is high AM sensitivity and S/N ratio.Besides,an internal 5.2 V regulated supply can be used for the front and circuitry as well.The last one is few external components.
