The BA7664AFV is a kind of 1ch 75 driver for DVD. It is structured as silicon monolithic integrated circuit.
There are some features BA7664AFV as follows: (1)a low consumption eletric power movement; (2)output mute circuit built-in; (3)the power save circuit built-in; (4)output protection circuit built-in; (5)output coupling capacitor is made in the small capacity by sag compensation circuit built-in; (6)the drive can have two loads (each channel); (7)Y/C MIX circuit built-in.
The following is about the BA7664AFV absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25): (1)power supply voltage, VCC: 8 V; (2)power dissipation, Pd: 350 mW; (3)operating temperature range, Topr: -25 to +75; (4)storage temperature range, Tstg: -55 to +125.
