BD6775

The BD6775 is designed as a general-purpose stepping motor driver for OA Equipment. This driver is a bipolar type, available for 2 phase, 1-2 phase, and W1-2 phase motors. Its typical applications is OA equipment(printer, scanner etc).

It has four features. (1)MOSFET output(external diode is not necessary). (2)Output OFF time is determined by external C, R value. (3)High efficiency due to synchronous rectifier drive. (4)Small and High power package(exposed PAD). Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage Vcc would be 7V. (2)Its supply voltage would be 40V. (3)Its input voltage would be Vcc. (4)Its power dissipation would be 1.1W. (5)its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to +75°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. (7)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (8)Its maximum output current would be 800mA. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its circuit current at standby would be min 250uA and typ 360uA and max 400uA. (2)Its circuit current would be min 4.4mA and typ 5.8mA and max 7.2mA. (3)Its Vm current standby would be typ 0uA and max 10uA. (4)Its Vm circuit current would be min 2mA and typ 3mA and max 4mA. (5)Its high level input voltage would be min 2.0V. (6)Its low level input voltage would be max 0.8V. (7)Its output ON resistance would be typ 3ohms and max 3.6ohms. (8)Its output leak current would be typ 0uA and max 10uA. (9)Its RNFX input current would be min -2uA and typ -0.6uA. (10)Its VREFX input current would be min -1uA and typ -0.1uA. (11)Its VREFX input voltage would be min 0V and max 2.0V. (12)Its comparator threshold 100% would be min 0.34V and typ 0.4V and max 0.46V.
