BT137X-500E

The BT137X-500E is one of the BT137X-xxe series.It is a triacs sensitive gate.Glass passivated,sensitive gate triacs in a full pack, plastic envelope,intended for use in general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications,where high sensitivity is required in all four quadrants.
