BU9540KV General Description
The BU9540KV is designed as one kind of servo signal processor for compact disc player complete with built-in pre-servo amplifier and anti-shock memory controller for application to compact disc player.
The absolute maximum ratings of the BU9540KV can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage: 4.5 V;(2)power dissipation: 900 mW;(3)operating temperature: -25 to +75 ;(4)storage temperature: -55 to +125 .
And the electrical characteristics of the BU9540KV can be summarized as:(1)input "H" voltage:2.4 V;(2)input "L" voltage:0.6 V;(3)hysteresis "H" input voltage: 2.1 V;(4)hysteresis "L" input voltage: 0.9 V;(5)input L current to pull-up resistor: -35 to -150 uA;(6)input current: +/-1 uA;(7)output "H" voltage: 2.5 V;(8)output "L" voltage: 0.4 V.
