The BYG20J-E3-TR is one member of the BYG20J family which is designed as the fast silicon mesa SMD rectifier that can be used in (1)surface mounting; (2)fast rectifier; (3)freewheeling diodes in SMPS and converters; (4)snubber diodes. This device has six points of features: (1)glass passivated junction; (2)low reverse current; (3)soft recovery characteristics; (4)fast reverse recovery time; (5)good switching characteristics; (6)wave and reflow solderable.
