The CA7607 and CA7611 has 12 features.The first one is high-gain wideband IF output.The second one is excellent S/N ratio.The third one is excellent DG/DP characteristics.The fourth one is black and white noise inverters.The fifth one is peak AGC.The sixth one is wide-gain reduction range.The seventh one is synchronous AFT detector.The eighth one is high gain AFT.The ninth one is synchronous video detector.The tenth one is fast uniform AGC action.The eleventh one is negative video output.The twelfth one is VTR switch.

RCA CA7607 and CA7611 perform video IF amplification,video detection and amplification,AFT detection and amplification and AGC control of video IF and tuner stages.The CA7607 is suitable for FET applications;the CA7611 is used for NPN tuner stagrs and has a higher value of RF AGC control current.

The CA7607 and CA7611 has some maximum ratings.Absolute-maximum values.The DC supply vol tage:Between terminais 11-13 is 15V.Between terminais 4-13 is 15V.The video output current is 6mA.The device dissipation:Up to TA=70 is 890mW.Above TA=70 is derate linearly 11.2 mW/.The ambient temperature range:operating is -40 to +70.Storage is -65 to +150.
