General Description
CXD2540Q-2 General Description
The CXD2540Q-2 is a digital signal processor LSI for CD players. It is available in 80 pin QFP package. It is equipped with the following functions: (1)playback mode supporting CAV; (2)low external clock allowing 0.5 to octuple-speed continuous playback; (3)wide capture range playback mode; (4)enhanced EFM frame sync signal protection; (5)digital spindle servo; (6)error correction monitor signals are output from a new CPU interface; (7)digital level meter, peak meter.
It has two features as follows: (1)processes all digital signals for playback with this LSI alone; (2)high-integrated mounting possible due to a built-in RAM.
Then is about its absolute maximum ratings: (1)supply voltage: -0.3 V to 7.0 V; (2)input/output voltage: -0.3 V to 7.0 V; (3)storage temperature: -40 to 125 ; (4) supply voltage defference: -0.3 V to 0.3 V. If you want more details, please download the datasheet at www.seekic.com.
