DescriptionThe CY7C1350G-133AXCT is one member of the CY7C1350G family which is designed as the 3.3V, 128K x 36 synchronous-pipelined Burst SRAM that is specifically to support unlimited true back-to-back Read/Write operations without the insertion of wait states.
Features of the CY7C1350G-133AXCT are:(1)Clock Enable (CEN) pin to suspend operation; (2)Synchronous self-timed writes; (3)Asynchronous output enable (OE); (4)Lead-Free 100 TQFP and 119 BGA packages; (5)Burst Capability-linear or interleaved burst order; (6)"ZZ" Sleep mode option; (7)Pin compatible and functionally equivalent to ZBT devices; (8)Internally self-timed output buffer control to eliminate the need to use OE; (9)Byte Write capability; (10)128K x 36 common I/O architecture; (11)Single 3.3V power supply; (12)2.5V/3.3V I/O Operation; (13)Fast clock-to-output times.
