CY7C429-20JC

The CY7C429-20JC is one member of the CY7C429 family which is designed as the first-in first-out (FIFO) memory that is offered in 600-mil wide and 300-mil wide packages. The  CY7C429-20JC can also be expanded simultaneously in depth and width. Consequently, any depth or width FIFO can be created of word widths in increments of 9. In order to achieve the maximum frequency, the flags must be valid at the beginning of the next cycle.
