The DAC703 consists of complete 16-bit digital-to-analog converters that includes a precision buried-zener voltage reference and a low-noise, fastsettling output operational amplifier (voltage output models), all on one small monolithic chip. The DAC703 is offered in a 24-pin SOIC package for surface mount applications.
