DS1330W

The DS1330W 3.3V 256K Nonvolatile SRAM is a262,144bit, fully static, nonvolatile SRAM organizedas 32,768 words by eight bits. Each NV SRAM has aselfcontained lithium energy source and control circuitrywhich constantly monitors VCC for an outoftolerancecondition. When such a condition occurs, thelithium energy source is automatically switched on andwrite protection is unconditionally enabled to preventdata corruption. Additionally, the DS1330W has dedicatedcircuitry for monitoring the status of VCC and thestatus of the internal lithium battery. DS1330W devicesin the PowerCap Module package are directly surfacemountable and are normally paired with a DS9034PCPowerCap to form a complete Nonvolatile SRAM module.The devices can be used in place of 32K x 8 SRAM,EEPROM or Flash components.
