DS1625S

The DS1625S is one member of the ADS1625 family which designed as the high-speed, high-precision, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with 18-bit resolution. This device DS1625S can be used in (1)scientific instruments; (2)automated test equipment; (3)data acquisition; (4)medical imaging; (5)vibration analysis. DS1625S operates from a +5V analog supply (AVDD) and +3V digital supply (DVDD).The digital I/O supply (IOVDD) operates from +2.7 to +5.25V, enabling the digital interface to support a range of logic families.
