DS276S+

The DS276S+ is designed as one kind of line-powered RS-232 transceiver chip that provides a low-cost, very low-power interface to RS-232 serial ports. This device using an external reservoir capacitor and Schottky diode, so it can be maintained even during full-duplex operation.

Features of the DS276S+ are:(1)Low-power serial transmitter/receiver for battery-backed systems; (2)Transmitter steals power from receive signal line to save power; (3)Single 3V or 5V operation; (4)Full duplex operation up to 20k bps; (5)Ultra-low static current; (6)Compatible with RS-232-E signals.
