The DS4000 digitally controlled temperature-compen-sated crystal oscillator (DC-TCXO) features a digital temperature sensor, one fixed-frequency temperature-compensated square-wave output (F1), one programmable temperature-compensated square-wave output (F2), and digital communication for frequency tuning (SDA, SCL).
