DS9639 General Description


The DS9639 is a schottky dual differential line receiver. It is suitable for use as a line receiver in digital data systems, using either single ended or differential, unipolar or bipolar transmission.

Features of the DS9639 are:(1)dual channel;(2)single 5.0V supply;(3)satisfies EIA standards RS-422,RS-423 and RS-232C;(4)built-in ±35mV hysteresis;(5)high input common mode voltage range;(6)high input impedance;(7)TTL compatible outputs;(8)schottky technology.

The absolute maximum ratings of the DS9639 can be summarized as:(1)storage temperature range:-65 to +175;(2)operating temperature range:0 to +70;(3)lead temperature:265;(4)VCC lead potential to Ground:-0.5V to +7.0V;(5)input potential to Ground lead:±25V;(6)differential input voltage:±25V;(7)output differential to Ground lead:-0.5V to 5.5V;(8)output sink current:50mA.
