Description

The E910.84 is a fully integrated PIR motion detector, which combines all required functions for a single chip PIR light controller.
It is mainly designed for a load switching with a TRIAC in 2 wire and 3 wire applications.

By an additional digital output the E910.84 IC is also able to drive any load by an external relay.

A conventional PIR sensor E910.84 connects directly to the PIR input without any demand of external components.

The operating parameters for sensitivity, on-time, brightness and fading are set by external potentiometers or resistors. Hereby different light modes and dimming functionality can be achieved. The IC also includes control circuits for a daylight sensor and an environment temperature compensation.
 
The E910.84 PIR signal and the operating parameters are directly converted to digital values. All signal processing is performed digitally.
