Description

The FAN7040 is a mono Bridge-Tied Load(BTL) output amplifier with DC volume control. FAN7040 is designed for use in TVs and monitors, but is also
suitable for battery-fed porta-ble recorders and radios. The device FAN7040 is contained in a 20-lead small outline package.
A Missing Current Limiter(MCL) is built in. the MCL cir-cuit is activated when the difference in current between the output terminal of each amplifier exceeds 130mA. This levelof 130mA allows for Single-Ended(SE) headphone applica-tions.
