FAN7085

The FAN7085_F085 is a high-side gate drive IC with resetinput and built-in recharge FET. It is designed for high voltageand high speed driving of MOSFET or IGBT, which operates upto 300V. Fairchild's high-voltage process and common-modenoise cancellation technique provide stable operation in thehigh side driver under high-dV/dt noise circumstances. Logicinput is compatible with standard CMOS outputs. The UVLO circuitsprevent from malfunction when VCC and VBS are lowerthan the specified threshold voltage. It is available with spacesaving SOIC-8 Package. Minimum source and sink currentcapability of output driver is 250mA and 250mA. Built-inrecharge FET to refresh bootstrap circuit is very useful for circuittopology requiring switches on low and high side of load.
