FAN7392

The FAN7392 is a monolithic high- and low-side gatedrive IC, that can drive high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTsthat operate up to +600V. It has a buffered output stagewith all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse currentdriving capability and minimum cross-conduction. Fairchild?shigh-voltage process and common-mode noisecanceling techniques provide stable operation of thehigh-side driver under high dv/dt noise circumstances.An advanced level-shift circuit offers high-side gate driveroperation up to V_S=-9.8V (typical) for V_BS=15V. Logicinputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTLoutput, down to 3.3V logic. The UVLO circuit preventsmalfunction when V_CC and V_BS are lower than the specifiedthreshold voltage. The high-current and low-outputvoltage drop feature makes this device FAN7392 suitable for halfandfull-bridge inverters, like switching-mode power supplyand high-power DC-DC converter applications.
