The FM50S3X belongs to the FM50 series. It is an analog temperature sensor and is a cost-effective for accurate low-power temperature monitoring applications. Besides, FM50S3X can also be used in occasions such as mobile phones,computers,battery management,office equipment,HVAC,power supply modules,disk drives and automotive. It is available in both standard and 3-pin SOT-23 lead free package.
