Description

FSBB20CH60C is an advanced motion-smart power module (Motion-SPM™)that Fairchild has newly developed and designed to providevery compact and high performance ac motor drives mainly targetinglow-power inverter-driven application like air conditionerand washing machine. FSBB20CH60C combines optimized circuit protectionand drive matched to low-loss IGBTs. System reliability is furtherenhanced by the integrated under-voltage lock-out andshort-circuit protection. The high speed built-in HVIC of FSBB20CH60C providesopto-coupler-less single-supply IGBT gate driving capability thatfurther reduce the overall size of the inverter system design.Each phase current of inverter can be monitored separately dueto the divided negative dc terminals.
