Description

The FSQ110 consists of an integrated, current-mode,Pulse Width Modulator (PWM) and an avalanche-rugged650V SenseFET. FSQ110 is specifically designed for high-performanceoff-line Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components.

The integrated PWM controller FSQ110 features include: a fixed-frequencygenerating oscillator, Under-Voltage Lockout(UVLO) protection, Leading-Edge Blanking (LEB), anoptimized gate turn-on/ turn-off driver, ThermalShutdown (TSD) protection, and temperature-compensatedprecision current sources for loop compensation and fault protection circuitry.

Compared to a discrete MOSFET and controller or RCCswitching converter solution, the FSQ110 reduces totalcomponent count, design size, and weight whileincreasing efficiency, productivity, and system reliability.FSQ110 provides a basic platform that is well suitedfor the design of cost-effective flyback converters.
