G62 CMOS VCXO

      The G62 VCXOs, are designed to be packaged in a miniature 11.4mm x 9.6mm x 2.5mm 6 pad SMD package.It is typical phase jitter for G series VCXOs is less than 1ps,output CMOS/TTL.G series VCXOs use fundamental mode crystal osccillators.It has a lot of applications include phase lock loop,SONET/ATM, settop boxes, MPEG , audio/video modulation, video game consoles and HDTV.
      It has five features.The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 0.625MHz to 50.0MHz.The second one is that it would have CMOS/TTL Output.The third one is about its supply voltage which would be 5.0 V or 3.3 VDC.The fourth one is about its integrated phase jitter which would be 1ps typical.The last one is that the it has a low cost unit.
      Some important specifications have been concluded into several points.The first one is about its frequency range which would be 0.625MHz to 50.0MHz when Vdd = +3.3VDC and 1.0MHz to 50.0MHz when Vdd = +5.0VDC.The second one is about its supply voltage which would be +3.3 VDC ±5% or +5.0VDC±5%.The third one is about its output logic which would be TTL/HCMOS.The fourth one is about its storage temperature which would be from-50° to +100°C.The fifth one is about its control voltage centre which would be 1.65V of +3.3VDC and 2.5V of +5.0VDC.The sixth one is about its control voltage range which would be from 0.3V to 3.0V of +3.3VDC and from 0.5V to 4.5V when +5.0VDC.The seventh one is about its pulling range which would be ±80ppm to ±120ppm (standard) of +3.3VDC and ±80ppm to ±150ppm(±200ppm available) of +5.0VDC.The eighth one is about its tune to the nominal frequency with Vc= 1.65V ±0.2V of +3.3VDC and  Vc= 2.5V ±0.2V of +5.0 VDC.The last one is about its integrated phase jitter which would be 1.0ps maximum 12kHz to 20MHz.
