The GM7001 is a single-channel low-voltage switching regulator control IC with soft-start function and shortcircuit detection, capable of 1MHz operation. With its low minimum operating voltage of 1.8V and minimal current consumption, the GM7001 is ideal for power supplies in battery-operated equipment.
