HC145R

      The HC145R is designed as HCMOS / TTL with compatible tri-state output.
      Some important specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 4MHz to 50MHz. The next one is about its frequency stability which would be ±10ppm. Inclusive of calibration tolerance at 25°C, operating temperature range, input voltage change, load change, shock and vibration. The next one is about its temperature range which would be from -10°C to +60°C. The next one is about its input output E/D time which would be 100ns maximum. The next one is about its input enable (Vih) which would be 2.2V minimum. The next one is about its input disable (Vil) which would be 0.8V maximum. Oscillator output is enabled with no connection on pin 1. The next one is about its start up time which would be 10ms maximum. The next one is about its aging which would be ±10ppm typical. The next one is about its supply voltage which would be +5Vdc ±10%. The next one is about its supply current which would be 25mA maximum. The next one is about its package which means all metal, hermetically sealed, welded package.
      Also there are some specifications about its output. The first one is about its output waveform which would be HCMOS squarewave. The second one is about its output load which would be 15pF. The next one is about its output voltage which would be 4.5V minimum for high level and 0.5V maximum for loe level. The next one is about its output current which would be -4mA for high level and 4mA for low level. The next one is about its output duty cycle which would be 45 / 55 maximum measured at 50% level.
